Terms and Conditions:

- £99 per person must be sent to SimpliBulgaria before 31st April 2008
- The trip covers one person for flights, transfers to the village and a maximum of three nights accommodation
- Flights must be from either London Luton via Wizz Air or London Gatwick via EasyJet. Flights from other airports are possible but a surcharge may be necessary to cover the increased cost.
- Viewers must be in a position to purchase a property at GeshaView. The minimum price is 79,000 euros and a deposit of approximately 23,700 euros would be necessary.
- If viewers fail to make the viewing trip after booking or cancel at any time up to the trip then they will be liable for the full cost of the flights and any other costs that are non refundable.
- In order to qualify for the free furniture pack viewers must reserve a property within 14 days of returning from the viewing trip.
- Trips will usually run from Thursday to Sunday.
- In order to use the GeshaView letting solution basic furniture packs will need to be upgraded to the Gesha standard. The cost for this varies but will be about 3,000 euros for a 1 bed apartment.
- Savings include a value for the free furniture pack.
- The Viewing Trip offer can be used in conjunction with offer 2 or offer 3.
